I never wanna laugh if this is what I get after it.
I never wanna dream if they are never gonna come true.
I never wanna speak if this is the way I am gonna be treated.
I never wanna look if this is what I have to see.
I never wanna feel if it is only gonna be the pain.
I never wanna laugh if this is what I get after it.

But I have to learn
To cry before I laugh.
To dream and make it real.
To speak and hear everyone.
To look and see everything.
To feel treasured and laugh,
And then laugh with the whole world.
